because my family is during summer in the other one. The house is
new, in pine wood near a beutiful beach. |

distance from the beach is 60 m.In this apartament offer is
also included outside grill and outside shower. If you have a boat,
we offer you a place where you can tie it, where it`will be secured.
In the calm area of pine wood, you can get to the beach in few minutes,
and walk or path that is around coast (there is a path that is around
3 km long). You
can buy groceries in the village. The store is 400 m away from the
house. The nearest restaurant is Skalinada and it`s 200m away.
